MOST of my products are S4H friendly. Some of my “collab” QuickPages and projects are NOT. If they are not, they will be clearly marked “NO S4H USE”
Personal/Professional Terms of Use
Meredith Cardall reserves the right to change my terms of use at a future date. The terms of use at the time of purchase is the one that applies to that particular product. My Terms of Use will vary based on the products used.
KITS
You may use this KIT for S4H purposes, as long as no more than 200 copies are printed. Kits may not be turned into QuickPages and resold in your online store or on EBay or any other similar site. Any products for clients MUST be transferred to the client in a flattened format complete with photo and/or
personalization. If Scrapbook Pages or hybrid projects are submitted to scrapbooking magazines for publication, proper credit must be give to me.

CARDS
You may use this card for S4H purposes, as long as no more than 200 copies are printed. For example, if you are creating custom cards for your home-based business, if you have one client who wants 50 cards and another client who wants 250 cards, you will need to purchase three copies of the card set. One set for the first client who wants 50 cards, two for the client who wants 250 cards. If you are working with a non-profit agency to create their cards, please contact me for special details.Cards may not be resold in your online store or on EBay or any other similar site. Elements
may not be extracted. You may add your own layers on top of and/or below the png layer. Card must be given to clients in a flattened format complete with photo and/or customization. Cards, like any digital design product, may not be transferred, sold or shared. If you are a Photographer, please purchase a new Card Package for EACH client.
QUICKPAGES
You may use this QuickPage for S4H purposes, as long as no more than 200 copies are printed. QuickPages may not be resold as QuickPages in your online store or on EBay or any other similar site. Elements may not be extracted. You may add your own layers on top of and/or below the
png layer. QuickPage must be given to clients in a flattened format complete with photo.
PRINTABLES
You may use this Printable Product for S4H purposes, as long as no more than 200 copies are printed.

Printables may not be resold as QuickPages or Printables or templates at craft fairs, in boutiques, in your online store or on EBay or any other similar site. IF YOU WISH TO CREATE ITEMS FOR SALE AT CRAFT FAIRS, ETC, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR CONSIDERATION. Elements may not be extracted. You may add your own layers on top of and/or below the png layer. Printable project must be given to clients in an ASSEMBLED format complete with customization.
YOU MAY NOT SIMPLY PRINT AND REDISTRIBUTE THESE PRODUCTS. THEY MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY HAND BY YOU.
BLOGS
Many of my products MAY be used for non-commercial blog use. This means that if the blog is intended to promote or sell a particular product or service, my designs may NOT be used without permission. ALL blogs using my designs in whole or part MUST display credits including my name and a link back to my site. Please check product descriptions for which products may be used for blog use. If you have questions about a particular kit, please contact me.
Commercial Use
You may not re-sell my products as-is. They must be altered in some way. You may not alter my products and then re-sell for commercial use.
You may create kits that are Personal Use or S4H friendly.
Prohibited Uses:
You may NOT use these products to promote your own business by advertising that you are an authorized seller of said products.
You may NOT redistribute these designs in any way other than as a flattened, one-of-a-kind project. This also applies to free products.
The use of the content for any harmful, pornographic, predjudicial, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to me is prohibited.
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided within this purchase does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner.
All Materials designed by Meredith Cardall, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws.
You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.
You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Meredith Cardall shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this purchase.
